Someone who’s got what you’ve got is out doing what you’re NOT!

A business success is due to how it stands out from its competition, and on the quality of its products and services. A business that combines quality with how it stands out against its competition definitely has an advantage.  Take a look at your competition; what are they doing, and what are they NOT.

Sometimes you can improve on what they’re doing, and sometimes you might see something they’ve missed that will add value for you.  If a business isn’t doing something, look carefully at what it is they’re NOT doing and see how you can use that to your advantage.

It’s easy to model your business to what the competition is doing, but take a look at what you’re competition is NOT doing and ask yourself if this is something that will help you grow your business. If so, then try it. It may cost you a little up front, but in the long run it will pay off. When your customer or potential clients like what they see this will create a relationship, a bond, a stickiness, between your company and the customer and it will pay off by doing something other people won’t do.
